Shipping policy

We ship normal business days, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We only ship to New Zealand or Australian addresses. 

New Zealand purchases

We offer free shipping on purchases of 2 or more products for NZ purchases. Shipping for single purchase items is $10 for New Zealand deliveries.

Australian purchases

There is a standard shipping fee of $32NZD for all Australian purchases. Shipping and product price are automatically exchanged to AUD at checkout. 

Shipping confirmation and disputes

You will receive a confirmation email after purchase, and a tracking link will be sent once your order has been processed and booked for collection.

We are unable to accept liability for delayed delivery, lost or stolen parcels. Please contact the shipping provider on your dispatch confirmation email if this occurs. Please let us know if you have any issues receiving your product.
